Favorite Product of the Week - Vivite Vibrance (once again!)

Sorry to repeat myself, but I LOVE Vivite Vibrance for lightening brown spots and melasma.  I have personally been using it now for 4 weeks with Obagi products and it has worked much better than 4% hydroquinone alone.  I have gotten a lot of comments on this product and people are very excited about it.  Its great to have a new product for lightening skin that can be used with or without Obagi and other hydroquinones.  Purchase two Vibrance from our website now and receive an incredible discount, plus free shipping!

I have been using the Vivite for one week now. I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from a bad laser burn on my cheeks. I have noticed a tingling sort of sunburn type feeling for the last week on the dark spots. I was thinking maybe it was the retinol in the product. Does your skin get used to this? I have been using hydroquinone for 7 months now and I was hoping to ramp it up with the Vivite. How would I use the 2 together. Thanks for any help.

Your skin will usually get used to it and tingling is not bad, as long as it doesn’t burn, hurt or itch. Stop using it if any of those symptoms occur. How you use them together depends on the form of hydroquinone you are using. See my comments above on how to use different types of products together.

I have severe hyperpigmentation from acne and I have olive skin complexion. These days I use the Prascion wipes and Vivite Vibrance in the evening and Oil of Olay gentle cleanser and Differin in the morning. Can I combine the Differin and Vivite Vibrance? Also, I have Kojic HP…can I use that as well. If so, when and can I combine it with anything else? Is the order important …..of what is applied first?

Aliza, while I cannot give you skin care advice without examining you, I see no problem with using the Differin with the Vivite Vibrance. I recommend you use the Vivite Vibrance first. I am familiar with kojic acid but not the specific product Kojic HP, I advice you to ask your dermatologist about when to use this product in combination with the others. As a general rule of thumb, I usually recommend using thinner, liquid type products first, creams second and ointments last when applying multiple products.
