About Dr. Klein

Dr. Lorrie J. Klein grew up in New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from Rutgers Medical School.

Dr. Klein completed her internship at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and her residency training in Dermatology at the University of California-Irvine (UCI), where she won the outstanding Resident Teacher of the Year Award.

Dr Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (Board Certified). She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Dermatology at UCI Medical School, and supervises dermatology residents in their Dermatology-Plastic Surgery Clinics at the Long Beach V.A. Medical Center.

Dr. Klein has won several awards and has published several articles in medical journals. She has lectured to other physicians at medical conferences and at numerous community and civic organizations.

Dr. Klein is currently the #1 BOTOX® & JUVEDERM™Injector in Orange County and San Diego County among all dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, has served as Chairperson of the Orange County Skin Cancer Task Force of the American Cancer Society, is a member of the Dermatology Society of Orange County and the Pacific Dermatology Association, and is on the staffs at South Coast Medical Center and UCI Medical Center.

Dr. Klein is a member of the National Education Faculty for Allergan (BOTOX® and JUVEDERM™ trainer), a member of the Medical Education Faculty for Bioform (Radiesse trainer) and an advisor and trainer for Artes, the maker of Artefill.

Dr. Klein specializes in all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. She has had extensive training in skin cancer surgery (including Moh’s microscopically controlled surgery) and also specializes in laser resurfacing, sclerotherapy and other cosmetic dermatological procedures.
